This is a process note, not a medical result. Mr. Chen wanted to understand specialty access for his mother. They were still at home. No tickets were bought. Names are removed.

What was hardest

Online posts disagreed. Records sat in more than one hospital. He feared flying in and finding the program did not match, and he also feared waiting so long that the family lost the only free week.

Before any flight

Leyitong listed what the consult would need: ID, recent clinic or discharge notes, scans, and current medicines. Two missing summaries were marked. After the file was complete enough to ask, Leyitong helped request a video slot. The hospital moved the time once. He was told the new time directly.

The consult

The hospital doctor reviewed the file and asked the questions. Leyitong only sent the meeting time, the join link and which pages to have open. The doctor said which public items still did not match the file and whether more tests were needed. That wording belongs to the hospital. Leyitong did not decide suitability and did not rank hospitals.

After they heard it

The family did not book flights that day. The confirmation covered records prep and this one video consult. That consult had already happened, so its service fee stayed as written. Pickup and on-site escort were not charged, because they had not been booked. If they travel later, that is a new sheet: date, escort hours and meeting point.
