乐城是国务院批复设立的国际医疗旅游先行区，位于海南琼海博鳌。官方介绍其定位为医疗旅游与特许医疗政策试验区。园区内医疗机构名单、交通与就诊须知，以乐城先行区官网及管理局公示为准。乐医通是配套服务机构，不是园区管理机构，也不是医院。

Lecheng is a State-Council-approved international medical-tourism pilot zone in Boao, Qionghai, Hainan. The official site describes it as a testing ground for medical tourism and licensed-access policy. Hospital lists, transport and visit rules follow the zone’s own notices. Leyitong is a care-support company — not the zone authority and not a hospital.
