This is a process note, not a medical result. Ms. Zhou was packing her mother's file. Most of it lived in WeChat. Names are removed.

What was hardest

Some pages were photos, some were forwarded files, and the dates did not line up. She did not know whether the clinic wanted paper or files, and she feared being turned away for one missing scan.

The checklist

Leyitong did not say the pile was already enough. For the kind of visit she described, the list was: ID, clinic or discharge notes, recent imaging, labs and a medicine list. She sorted the chat files against that list. Clear ones went in one folder. Unreadable dates were marked missing.

Filling the gaps

The main gap was an imaging disc from three months earlier, still at the hometown hospital. A relative copied it. She checked the file name and date from a photo. She carried the original on the plane. Leyitong only checked whether pieces were present and dated. It did not explain numbers or what they meant clinically.

At the hospital

The confirmation said the file had been pre-checked and that originals travelled with the family. The escort handed them in once at registration. If the window asked for something extra, that request belonged to the hospital that day. A pre-check is not the same as the hospital having already accepted the file.
